The Life of The Party… 🤩🖤💰✨

Perfect title for this little superstar, and of course her costume had to be big & bold to match! 🤌🏼

I wish I took more pictures of the process, as this was a long one and was built up with lots of individual layers & extra touches to create the finished look! 👀

What began as a plain black leotard was transformed with simple black/gold lace appliques, followed by a heavy gold beaded embellishment on the top half. Then I added feathers, multiple crystal AB appliqués, fringe and finally… plenty of rhinestones 😅😆

3 years ago today I launched A-Spoke Designs! 💎💫

Very fitting as this costume of Ava’s was the first I ever did, and yesterday marked the end of her time wearing it 🥺

This has become one of my most recognised costumes, and I can’t thank Ava enough for showing it off with so much style and class over the last few years 🖤⚡️

Thank you to everyone for their support and here’s to another exciting year with lots of new designs to share! 👀🙌🏼

She just lights up the stage in her new ‘Annie’ inspired costume 🤩 swipe to see how her previous dress was reconstructed into the perfect costume… keeping the original puff sleeves, skirt and bow, but this time on a foiled red set 🙌🏼

Add a few hundred AB rhinestones, and she is ready to sparkle - a personal favourite costume! 💎✨

Costumes for two of my fabulous girls in their very first duet! 🌟

Their base sets have been blinged all over with purple and teal AB rhinestones, and embellished with the well known ‘PROM’ lettering on the top! I also added flowers to their wristcuff, giving the corsage effect 🙌🏼

The girls smashed their very first competition as a duo, winning Grand Champs for their age division!

Her personality is the brightest yellow all over, so this costume & her dance are a perfect fit! 🙌🏼

Swipe for progress photos… this plain skirted set has been embellished with lots of layers! A lace appliqué for the base, before handcrafting flower shapes on top with scalloped trim ribbon. These were then highlighted with large stones in their centres, before adding (literally) thousands of yellow rhinestones all over to finish! 😅🤌🏼

Eve, you light up a room and even more so the stage in your new costume, we hope you love it and it brings you lots of memories 💛💎✨

This red and black set has been fully embellished by A-Spoke with Crystal AB diamantés all over, plus three layers of different feather trim to tie in the colour scheme, and give a bustle effect 🙌🏼

This gorgeous leotard was purchased second hand and given a new lease of life by A-Spoke! Once a plain Navy with scattered rhinestones, we removed and replaced these, before adding appliqués and plenty more stones on top 😂💫
