Our Director Kirsty Baird Music had a fun hour at the the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.
Providing a hour long workshop for their CAHMS staff.
Everyone should remember to take time out for themselves. Be kind to you and others and it’s ok to smile and laugh with friends and colleagues
