Razzamataz Theatre Schools is a part-time children's theatre school for boys and girls aged four to eighteen that provide training in Dance, Drama and Singing in both Musical Theatre and Commercial styles. At Razz we aim to develop a child's confidence, improve their social skills, increase their health and fitness levels and ensure

Our Inters had a ball getting to learn our Seniors Mamma Mia show dance to ‘Gimme Gimme’🤩

We absolutely love how they want to challenge themselves each and every week 💪🏻. And we felt such a sense of pride seeing our Senior students helping them out and making sure they all felt comfortable 🫶🏻 they really are the BEST role models ✨

Join our wonderful team at Razzamataz Theatre Schools Edinburgh, where we are relaunching and looking for a DRAMA teacher and DANCE teacher to inspire children aged 6-18years old ✨

Roles available:
🎭Drama teacher, Saturdays 10am-1pm during school term time
💃🏼Dance teacher, Saturdays 10am-1pm during school term time

What we are looking for:
✅ Experience in dance/drama
✅ Experience teaching children
✅ Passion for performing arts
✅ Creative, enthusiastic individuals who can create lessons which are dynamic, engaging and fun
✅ Team player who is reliable, confident, punctual and organised

Key responsibilities:
✨ Create lesson plans which align with the Razzamataz curriculum
✨ Ensure a safe and inclusive environment
✨ Adapt and be flexible when teaching students at different levels in the same class
✨ Create work to our standard for shows and performances
✨ Attend external performances/shows when required
✨Contribute to team meetings and bring new creative ideas and perspectives

📍Location: Currie Community Centre, Currie
⏱️Hours: 10am-1pm during term time, with occasional additional hours for events
💵Salary: Competitive rates based on qualifications and experience

We literally could not feel any more proud than we do right now after yesterdays shows🩷🩷

The time, effort, passion and tablet we have seen over the past couple months leading up to this moment from students and staff has just been incredible 💪🏻!!

Both our Mini/Junior show and Inter/Seniors shows yesterday just absolutely blew us away and we are bursting with pride 🥰
