Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to dance more, this is your invitation to experience the joy of moving freely in a safe, sober, and supportive space.

Ever felt stuck in your head? Overanalysing the same problem? Not seeing a with clarity? Guess what - this is one of my favourite things about conscious dance! It allows us to gently unwind all the blocks that are “up there in the mind” by moving our body and entering a flow state of energy & motion (emotion 😎) to reach balance.
Come try it for yourself. Bring a challenging problem, set the intention to create enough spaciousness inside of you for the solution to arise AND dance your socks off!

Believe me, your problem won’t be the same after that 😛
