Looking through these has been a blast, and a nice way to come down from last weekend. Two days, fourteen brewers who’d never poured with us before, and Summerhall full of such a handsome bunch - what a treat.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who made it down to Gravity this weekend, what an absolute delight to have you all👾

Thank you to all of our fantastic brewers who made the trip, some of them a very long way! If you enjoyed what they poured, give them a follow and let them know🍺

Also to Tipple Marketing for organising so smoothly, the Summerhall team manning the door, Keith and the guys at The Royal Dick , and to our volunteers who stood behind a bar this weekend pouring and chatting.

A big thanks to the organisations who sponsored Gravity this year, their support is what makes the festival possible - we couldn’t bring you all of this delicious b**r and c***r without it.

Mostly though, thank you to anyone who bought a ticket: for turning up, trying things you’d never heard of, talking to the brewers, and for making it such a great room⭐️

We’re giving Aly *one* night off, then he’s right back into Gravity 2027 - so keep an eye out for more information very soon🚀

What food is better than food that is REALLY nearby when you realise you’re hungry?

We’ve got you sorted with a couple of options:

Keith’s Kennel - right outside the front door, Keith is on deck with more brat than you can shake a … brat at🌭

There’s meat and veggie options available, go and say hello to him!

The Royal Dick - and for anyone looking for other options, the guys at The Royal Dick are a stone’s throw away with pizza, loaded fries and some sweet stuff too!

For anyone looking for some GF options, this is your place to go.

What a start to the weekend! If you’re visiting us, have a blast and come and say hello to all of our brewers🍺

🚀CLOUDWATER🚀

A decade in Manchester and hundreds of different b**rs, still no flagship to speak of… Cloudwater would rather keep you guessing!

Paul and James started brewing back in 2015, and quickly built a reputation for … making whatever they felt like making🍺 Hazy IPAs, crisp la**rs, barrel-aged stouts, fruity sours, spontaneously fermented b**r, an alcohol-free range. Old styles, new styles, even a few that don’t technically have a name yet.

And here’s a fun fact: In 2017 and 2018 they were ranked among RateB**r’s ten best breweries in the world, the only UK brewery to make that list so far.

They’ve got good Scottish form too, having brewed Common Ground with Vault City, an imperial stout // barleywine blend⭐

🚀SATURDAY NIGHT AT GRAVITY🚀

Fancy a b**r this weekend?

The line-up’s out and final tickets are now on sale for Gravity’s largest ever session, Saturday at 6pm🧑‍🚀👾

60+ b**rs are available from 15 brewers, including Sierra Nevada over from California. Stiegl from Salzburg. Cloudwater from Manchester, Wiper and True from Bristol, B**r Riff from Swansea. Barney’s, Pilot and Two Towns Down flying the flag for Scotland, and Ascension are on c***r duty. Plus there’s a full no and low bar for anyone after something 0%.

And with street food available as the evening draws in, your Saturday night is sorted🍻

🚀ASCENSION CIDER🚀

Ballooning runs three generations deep for the Billing family, and at the end of 2024 they finally put their own name in the sky … a hot air balloon registered G-KEGZ (nice)

Ascension is a family business in East Sussex, run by Matt and his dad Martyn🎈 Matt’s grandad David took up ballooning back in 1985, Martyn qualified as a pilot the year Matt was born, and Matt’s been flying ever since. Some of their c***rs are even named after famous flights, like Into The Jetstream, a nod to the first hot air balloon that crossed the Pacific.

The c***r itself is made from 100% fresh apples, and mostly ones the supermarkets turned away for being the wrong shape or size🍏 Matt uses freshly pressed juice, and because the apples change with the seasons, so does the c***r: what you drink in September won’t taste quite like what they made in spring!
