Already a fan of pole heels flow, and all things sensual?👠
Come explore this new workshop with our instructor! Using the floor, the pole, and a class partner’s lap, we will learn 3 different sequences:

-The Quick Fix: this sequence is short, for when you just have the time of a song
-Almost There: a longer version, where you can take your time to dance and connect over 3 songs
-Triple X: a sequence ideal for 15 mins (and over) dances, giving out the full experience

October has finally arrived!🎃
Join us this autumn for our yearly Halloween Pole Heels class, where you get to dress up and dance to a classic spooky song! 🦇
~
Our pole heels classes are always beginner friendly, with a challenge for everybody, no matter the level. We recommend however, for you to join a couple of our Wednesday classes before coming to a heels class for safety reasons: you’ll get an initial feeling of the pole and the movements around it, and build ankle and muscle strength.
