Looking for a regular home for your practice in Leith?

ALAE’s bright, welcoming studio is available for therapy, somatic and movement practices, yoga and meditation.

✨ Weekly daytime blocks: 4 hours £250/month · 5 hours £312.50/month. Includes two agreed holiday weeks per year; initial six-month commitment.

Group-class hire also available, with limited weekday daytime slots.

📍 Leith, Edinburgh · Third floor, stairs only; no lift.

Join me in Leith for a 3½-hour movement workshop exploring the pelvis through mindful movement, anatomy and somatic awareness.
This is an opportunity to slow down, explore and discover new possibilities for movement — not by trying to “fix” your body, but by becoming more curious about how you move, sense and connect.
