Ada Chan is a drama teacher, playwright and theatre critic. Her play was awarded as the Best Play in the Cultural Exchange Scheme in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Playwriting Competition. Hey everyone! As we gear up for our upcoming production of "Voices of a Siren" at the Edinburgh Fringe, I'm excited to introduce you to our amazing production team. Each member brings unique talents and dedication to make this show a success:
Movement coach
Kwok Ka Yuen

Kwok is a cross-disciplinary choreographer, performer and educator.

Originally from Hong Kong, he graduated from BA (Hons) Visual Studies of Lingnan University of Hong Kong. After graduation, kwok was the tutor of Leap! Body Movement Programme organized by The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation and received pre-job training at Cloud Gate Dance School in Taiwan.

Kwok danced in choreographies of Katura Kan, Yuko Kawamoto and was a dancer for Legend Lin Dance Theatre (Taiwan).

Since 2013, he created four major choreographies, staging at four international arts festival. Czech Bird, Taipei Sky (2016), River Within Body (2015), Last Six Summer (2014) and PEEK-A-BOO (2013) were staged in Castle Depot Artist Village(Hong Kong), WuZhen Theatre Festival(Mainland China), Macau Fringe Festival and Summer Theatre Festival of Möbius Strip Theatre (Taiwan) respectively.

Hey everyone! As we gear up for our upcoming production of "Voices of a Siren" at the Edinburgh Fringe, I'm excited to introduce you to our amazing production team. Each member brings unique talents and dedication to make this show a success:

Director
Brenda Chan

Brenda Chan is a seasoned stage actress and director, active in the theatre industry for thirty years, having performed in and directed over 200 productions. She has played leading roles in every performance and has received numerous accolades, including the Best Supporting Actress (Comedy/Farce) at the 15th Hong Kong Drama Awards, Best Supporting Actress (Tragedy/Drama) at the 17th Hong Kong Drama Awards, and Best Supporting Actress (Tragedy/Drama) at the 22nd Hong Kong Drama Awards. Additionally, Brenda won the Outstanding Actress Award at the 4th Small Theatre Awards in 2012 and the Best Leading Actress (Tragedy/Drama) at the 27th Hong Kong Drama Awards in 2018 for her one-woman show "Mother of 27 Children.”

Alice Fung graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Acting.
