Today, we’re proud to launch the Many Good Men Education Resource Pack 💻

Created by Civic Digits in partnership with the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS), this new creative learning resource supports educators to address misogyny, gender-based violence, mental health and masculinity in the classroom.

Designed for upper secondary and FE learners, the pack is rooted in the Many Good Men participatory theatre project, where young people co-created powerful, fictional stories to explore difficult issues in safer, more open ways. Using character-based storytelling, the resource helps learners imagine change and their role in making it happen.

The resource offers:
🔺Scripted stories from Many Good Men
🔺Practical tools and lesson plans
🔺Creative approaches to open discussion and challenge harmful attitudes

A little update from Stories Untold HQ:

It’s been a busy few months here at Stories Untold as we look at our next steps as a company.

There are a few different factors that we have had to consider: Robyn will shortly be heading off on Maternity leave, we are coming out of an overwhelmingly busy 12-month period which has been incredible in many ways, but that has left us a bit burned out. We are also finding it hard to operate in a sustainable manner (for ourselves and our artists) within the current funding climate.

With all this in mind we have decided that we will be taking a wee break from the start of July 2024 until Summer 2025. We’ll be using this time to rest, reflect and plan for the future.

Thank you for all your support over the last few years, we’ve had the immense pleasure of working with incredible artists, creatives, production crew and audiences and we can’t wait to return stronger than ever.

Keep an eye on our socials for updates on the company and we hope to see you in Summer 2025!

Lots of Love,
Robyn and Kirsten x

Pain and I

🖤💛🖤

In anticipation of Wednesday's Moving With Care workshop with Sarah Hopfinger at Cumbernauld Theatre , we wanted to explore Sarah's thoughts around the process of embracing the spectrum of pain within her work.

In the workshop, Sarah will guide participants through a series of dance practices that focus on care and finding pleasure in the body. We will work with intentions for free and improvised movement – such as ‘move as a practice of care for your body’ and ‘follow the thread of pleasure’. This relaxed, warm, and welcoming workshop offers gentle prompts to connect with your body as it is and to explore your own movement, rather than following set steps or routines.

You can secure your place here:
