Tomorrow Tuesday 🎸THE JOURNEYMEN (A tribute to Eric Clapton) will take you on a journey through Eric’s extensive 60 Year career, from his humble beginnings with The Yardbirds, into his stint with John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, continuing with the first Super group, Cream, onto Blind Faith, then Derek and The Dominos and finishing with his Solo Career whilst trying to capture the feel and essence of an Eric Clapton concert.

Today We’re delighted to welcome back the incredible 🎸James Oliver Band 🎸 to Henry's Blueshouse at Barbara’s Bier Haus.

🥁 James Oliver is one of the UK’s most prolific and electrifying guitar-fronted blues/roots acts. Based out of Blackwood in South Wales, he brings a formidable live presence that has allowed him to play more than 300 gigs across the globally every year. Now with well over 3000 shows under his belt, James Oliver knows how to make an impression..
Drawing on influences from vintage rock, rockabilly, rhythm-and-blues and British roots tradition, citing Welsh icons such as Deke Leonard among his inspirations, Oliver is carving a distinctive chapter in Welsh and UK guitar history.

Formed in 2017, The Re-Covered are not your typical rock band. Known for their energetic performances and unique spin on classic hits from the '60s to present day, the band seamlessly blends rock, Motown, and funk, drawing inspiration from legends such as Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, Queen, AC/DC, Tina Turner, Blondie, Stevie Wonder, and The Beatles.
Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Ann-Louise McGregor, the band also features Phil Lewis on lead guitar, Neil Lintern on bass and backing vocals, and Allan Fisher on drums. Together, they perform crowd-pleasing favourites with carefully crafted arrangements, drawing on their collective wealth of gigging experience. Whether reimagining a rock anthem or bringing new life to a Motown classic, The Re-Covered’s vibrant mix of genres and impressive musicianship makes them a standout on the live music scene.
