🌍 A warm welcome and international friendships! 🇫🇷✨

Join us this Friday afternoon at BRIDGES for our weekly Place of Welcome, where we’ll be joined by a very special guest speaker from Eden Twinning!

Did you know our local area has a historic cross-channel connection with Mont-Saint-Aignan in Normandy, France? Come along to hear some fascinating stories about our twinning history, recent visits, and how you can get involved in these wonderful cultural exchanges.

Whether you’re a history buff, love all things French, or just fancy a good chat over a hot brew and a slice of cake, we’d love to see you.

Do you know BRIDGES is open from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
It gives you longer time to enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake with your friends. Or let our volunteers prepare your lunch for you.

Looking for something fun (and FREE!) for the kids to do after school? Our After-School LEGO Club is back this Tuesday!

Unleash their creativity, challenge their building skills, and hang out with friends. We provide all the bricks, they just need to bring their imagination.

👶 Ages: 8–11 years
⏰ When: Tuesdays, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
📍 Where: BRIDGES, TN8 5AJ
💰 Cost: Completely FREE!

"In Stitches" crochet and knitting group will back be at BRIDGES on Tuesday 16 June 7.30-9.30 pm.
£4 per person per session including refreshments.
All abilities welcome.

Sue can teach beginners so this is a great place to start if you like to learn a new skill.
It's also a friendly place to meet new people if you just moved into the area.

Join us at BRIDGES for a safe, confidential, and informal space to talk, listen, or simply sit with a warm cup of tea and a friendly face. There’s no agenda—just mutual support and companionship.

Looking for a brilliant night out that doesn't involve staring at a football pitch? We’ve got you covered. Our quiz is the perfect alternative to watching the World Cup—and we officially promise a strictly 100% football-free zone! No offside rules, no penalty shootouts, and absolutely no football questions. 🤫❌⚽️
