We are looking for 4 young adults (aged 25 years old or under, or that look 25 or under) with lived experience of Autism to take part in some short 3 minute training videos about Autism.
These videos have been written and designed by autistic young people, will be directed and filmed by autistic adults and therefore we are looking for actors who also have lived experience of autism. We would like a mix of female, male and non-binary young adults who are from or live in Greater Manchester.
You will receive a £75 voucher for a store of your choice for each video you feature in. You will need to be available for the read through in mid January and for a full day at the end of January/start of February.
Interested? Email us at [email protected] to receive a script excerpt and comprehensive self-tape instructions. Self tapes need to be received by 12th December

The annual SEND survey is out now!

This is your opportunity to tell the Council how you feel.
Comment on the good and the bad.
For those who say their voice isn't heard this is a powerful way to get a message to those that need to hear it.
Some of you may be aware that the LA is due a visit from Ofsted and will be looking into SEND so this is a really important time to let the Council and other stakeholders know how you feel.
Please complete, share widely and encourage others to do so:
The survey is open to Salford residents, aged 0-25 who have Special Education Needs or Disabilities.

Your responses will help us to look at what is working well and where we don't do so well. We would love to hear your thoughts through this survey.
Please share the link below with your children and young people with SEND
