Come and join us this Wednesday as we begin work on a new devised production based on a true life unsolved Bristol crime from the 1940s

On the evening of 30 May 1946 Robert Parrington Jackson, the cinema manager was murdered in cold blood. The cinema was showing a film that featured gunshots in several places near the start. Someone had timed it perfectly so that the sound of their real gunfire would be masked by the movie soundtrack’s gunshots.
