We’re throwing a HALLOWEEN PARTY at The Crafty Cottage and things are about to get messy… 🧪🕷️✨

We’ll be:

🫧 Making gooey slime
🧪 Mixing magical potions
🕷️ Creating beaded spiders
🕸️ Making glittery webs
👻 Going head-to-head at ghost bowling
📦 And braving WHAT’S IN THE BOX?! 😱

• Saturday 31st October
• 10.30am & 1pm

🧵 WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN LEARNING TO QUILT?

We’re looking at introducing a Beginners Quilting Course here at The Crafty Cottage, and we’d love to see how much interest there is!

Led by a fantastic external instructor, this course would introduce you to the wonderful world of quilting, covering:

• The basics of quilting
• Working with geometric shapes
• Choosing and combining fabrics
• Cutting, piecing and sewing your shapes together
• Building your confidence and learning new techniques

A few things to know:

* You’ll need to bring your own sewing machine.
* Some previous sewing experience is required, but no quilting experience is necessary.
* Fabric will be provided.

For now, we’re just gauging interest!

If this sounds like something you’d love to try, please leave a comment below. We’d love to know how many of you would be interested before we finalise the details! 🩷

WEDNESDAY

A huge THANK YOU to the lovely Dee for covering the shop over the past couple of months! 🥹 I’ll now be taking over the Wednesday shift myself.
And… I’ll be bringing all the lovely patterns with me!

THURSDAY
🕙 Open 10am–2.30pm
☕️ Stitch Social 12.30–2.30pm
🧶 Beginner Crochet Class 6pm — FULLY BOOKED! 🎉

Don’t forget, our drop-in crafts are available every day we’re open, so there’s always something creative to do. No need to book — just pop in and get crafty!
