The most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself.
Because the way you see yourself, speak to yourself and treat yourself quietly shapes everything.
It affects what you allow.
What you accept.
What you believe you deserve.
How confidently you show up.
How clearly you communicate your needs.
And how other people learn to love, respect and treat you.
When you abandon yourself, silence yourself or constantly criticise yourself, it becomes easier to accept relationships where you feel unseen, unsure or not fully valued.
But when you begin to choose yourself, listen to yourself and build confidence from within, something changes.
You stop begging to be chosen.
You stop shrinking to be accepted.
You stop confusing attention with love.
You start recognising what feels safe, honest and aligned.
A gentle tip for learning to love yourself:
Today, write down 3 things you need from yourself right now.
Maybe it is kindness.
Rest.
Boundaries.
Patience.
Confidence.
Forgiveness.
Reassurance.
Then ask yourself:
“How can I give myself one of these things today?”
Because self-love is not about having it all figured out.
It starts with small moments of choosing yourself again and again.
You are not broken.
You are blossoming 🌸
