☀️ Sunny days = happy play... but let's think safety first! ☀️
With this beautiful weather, we're all excited to get outside. But if you're hiring soft play for you little one, please take a moment to consider where it will be set up.
💛 Indoors is always the safest option – ideally in a hall. The mats and vinyl surfaces on soft play equipment can become extremely hot when left in the sun, making them uncomfortable and even unsafe for little hands, knees and feet.
Even if you set everything up in the shade, remember that the sun moves throughout the day. What starts off shaded can end up in direct sunlight just a few hours later, causing the equipment to heat up without you realising.
Our little ones' skin is much thinner and more delicate than ours, so if something feels hot to us, it can feel very hot to them.
We want every child to have a fun, safe day of play, so please keep this in mind when planning your party. A cool indoor venue helps everyone stay comfortable and lets the children enjoy themselves without the worry of hot equipment.
