This August, the talented young performers of Encore Stars Academy are heading to the world’s biggest arts festival with School of Rock – a high-energy musical packed with incredible live music, huge laughs and an unforgettable cast of young rock stars.

From powerful vocals to epic guitar solos, this is a show that proves you’re never too young to rock! 🎶⚡

🌟 What a Day at Encore! 🌟

A huge well done to everyone who attended classes and rehearsals today!

From our youngest performers taking to the floor with confidence, to our older students pushing themselves creatively and our show casts working hard towards their upcoming performances, the energy throughout the studios was fantastic from start to finish.

It’s days like today that remind us how lucky we are to have such a dedicated, supportive and talented Encore family. Whether you were singing, dancing, acting, rehearsing scenes, learning choreography or helping support others, every single person played their part in making today a success.

Special thanks also to our incredible team of teachers, assistants and volunteers who continue to inspire and encourage our students every week. 🩵🩵

With School of Rock, Rock of Ages, Once Upon a Stage and so many exciting projects on the horizon, we’re building something really special together.

🎭 ENCORE FRINGE 2027 🎭

After the success of Matilda at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025, and with our upcoming School of Rock production already proving hugely popular for 2026, we're excited to announce that Encore Stars Academy will be returning to the Edinburgh Fringe for a third consecutive year in 2027! ⭐

Our brand-new Fringe Company format has been designed to provide an exciting, focused and professional rehearsal experience, culminating in performances at the world's largest arts festival.

📅 October 2026 – Fringe Information Session
🎭 January 2027 – Auditions
⭐ June 2027 – Fringe Company Day (Read-Through & Check-In)
🌟 26th July – 6th August 2027 – 10-Day Intensive Rehearsal Process
🎟️ 7th & 8th August 2027 – Edinburgh Fringe Festival Performances

This is an incredible opportunity for dedicated performers to challenge themselves, develop their skills, make lifelong memories and take to one of the most iconic stages in the world.

Being an Encore Ambassador is about more than just promoting classes and shows – it's about being a positive role model, welcoming new members, celebrating achievements, and helping us spread the magic of Encore.

What an incredible day performing at the iconic King Tut's! 🎸🔥

Our School of Rock cast absolutely smashed it and gave a glimpse of what's coming to the Edinburgh Fringe this August.

The energy, talent and confidence these young performers continue to show is something we're incredibly proud of.
Watching the cast take to such a legendary stage was a fantastic experience and a reminder of just how much hard work they've put into this production.

🎭✨ Week 1 Complete! ✨🎭

What a fantastic start to rehearsals for both our Junior and Senior casts of Once Upon a Stage!

This week was all about getting everyone together, starting to bring the story to life, and beginning the exciting journey towards our performances this November. The energy, enthusiasm and talent on display has been incredible already, and we're so proud of every single student involved.

It's still very early days, but the show is already shaping up to be something really special. We've got an amazing cast, some brilliant musical numbers, plenty of laughs, and a few emotional moments too!

A huge well done to everyone who attended rehearsals this week. We can't wait to get fully stuck in over the coming weeks and watch this production continue to grow.

🎸🤘 WHAT A DAY AT KING TUT'S! 🤘🎸

Wow. Just wow.

Today was a huge reminder of why we do what we do.

Seeing our students step onto the stage at the legendary King Tut's Wah Wah Hut and perform with such confidence, energy and passion was something really special. From the moment they arrived, they embraced every opportunity, worked as a team and represented Encore Stars Academy brilliantly.

For many of our performers, standing on a stage that has launched the careers of so many incredible artists was a moment they'll never forget. The atmosphere, the excitement and the buzz of performing in such an iconic venue was absolutely incredible.

A massive well done to every student who took part today. We are so proud of the commitment, hard work and talent you continue to show week after week. You should all be very proud of yourselves!

Now... the countdown really begins! 🚀

This has made us even more excited for our upcoming performances of School of Rock at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this August. If today's performance is anything to go by, our cast are ready to rock the Fringe stage!

Thank you to all the families who continue to support these amazing young performers. We can't wait to see what the next few months bring.
