Our four-year full time Vocational Training in Eurythmy lays the foundations for a career in Eurythmy.

When starting Eurythmy training, you will gradually learn a different way of moving. How to create flow, contour, beginnings and endings, move together with others, create counter movements and how to sculpt the space.

You will learn to pe*****te each movement with consciousness and intention. The directions of space, straight lines and curves – will become experiences, rather than concepts. The capacity to create and hold pictures in the imagination and inform what you do and how you do it will be honed and refined over time.

Eurythmy builds on our natural ability and propensity for movement. We do not require prospective students to have extensive prior experience of Eurythmy, the most important aspect is that you are in good health and enjoy moving – that you feel a need to express through movement and gesture and you feel moved by the world – within and around you.

Discover our full-time postgraduate programme “In Focus” starting in September 2026. This artistic & pedagogical year course is for people who hold a fully recognised diploma in Eurythmy.

Piloted in 2025, this ‘one-of-a-kind’ programme offers intensive artistic work, combined with practice-oriented eurythmy pedagogy instruction, designed to empower future eurythmy teachers with the skill to contribute creatively and pedagogically to the artistic life of their community or school, on the background of child development and the Waldorf curriculum.

Students will be able to see the process of a stage performance through from conception to performance. Many of the aspects listed above (and more) are incorporated in the natural process of creating a good lesson or stage performance.

Scholarship & bursary opportunities available through dedicated third-party organisations for those wishing to train and work as eurythmists – please contact us for more information.

From today, we are changing our name on social media to Eurythmy UK to reflect an important change in our organisation in recent years.

Sometimes we change –maybe because the world around us changes, or because we change inside – we grow up, we grow stronger, more diverse, we grow together with others.

In recent years Eurythmy West Midlands and Peredur Eurythmy joined forces and together we have become Eurythmy UK! In this way we hope to show our commitment to providing Eurythmy courses nationally, as well as performance work within and beyond our national borders.

Through this name we clarify where in the world we are located and we welcome people from all over the globe into our college and performance work.

Peredur Eurythmy was off to Ireland and Scotland to give 6 performances.

A full house in Mourne Grange enjoyed the premiere of our new fairytale “The firebird, the horse of power and the Princess Vasilissa” with original music and our well loved performance of “To the dark tower".

We arrived at our second stop, Thomastown, late on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday we performed our two shows again. In the afternoon, students from Kilkenny Steiner School enjoyed performances by Firebird and Horsepower. Later in the evening, an engaged audience gathered to witness the journey to the Dark Tower. It has been an amazing experience to perform on this tour.

The last stop on our tour was the Newton Dee Camphill community in Aberdeen. After a day of travelling and some rest, we performed our last two shows on Friday afternoon and evening to a warm and welcoming audience. It was a fantastic experience meeting great people, visiting new places and giving eurythmy to those who came to our shows.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey and we appreciate all the love we have received from everyone.
