Dance Active Classes Dance Active is an dance fitness company specialising in ballet, tap and barre and stretch. We run in Perfect for those who want to improve at their own pace.

Our classes are the perfect way to learn and improve your dance technique, as well as achieving a whole body workout, whilst having fun. We specialise in Ballet and Tap for all levels and aim to have a choice of how you can attend classes depending on how you feel and what suits. Studio classes are weekly and a fantastic way to connect with other dancers and have a more personal experience. Online

classes are a flexible fit for people who want to do the classes at a time that suits them. 121 sessions means Michelle will work with just you either virtually or at home. Ballet can help improve posture, core stability, balance and flexibility, these benefits will become noticeable in just a matter of weeks. It has been proven to reduce stress levels as well as the risk of dementia, therefore improving a person's mental well-being. Tap dancing is a wonderful way to keep the brain and the feet working as a pair. Tap dancing is all about timing and making music with your shoes. Tap improves balance and memory. It builds strength in the legs and flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles. Dance Active Prices vary from £5 a class to £30. We also offer corporate dance sessions

BALLET ACTIVE ADULT CLASSES

Our 1hr classes are the perfect way to learn and improve ballet technique, as well as achieving a whole body workout whilst having fun. Regular participation in ballet can help improve posture, core stability, balance and flexability, these benefits will become noticeable in just a matter of weeks. Not only is Ballet good for the body but it has been proven to reduce stress levels as well as the risk of dementia, therefore improving a person's mental well-being immediately. The studio based classes run in 5 week sessions throughout the year at only £10 a lesson. 10% discount available when a full payment is received in advance of each course. All classes take place at The Bushey Centre, Bushey in a spacious studio providing Ballet Barres and suitable wooden floors.
