Experience an unforgettable evening of orchestral brilliance as the Durham University Palatinate Orchestra presents a programme built around some of the most iconic works ever written. Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, with piano soloist Benjamin Houchin, brings its unmistakable fusion of classical sophistication and jazz‑infused flair, whilst Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture delivers its sweeping drama and triumphant power!

The concert showcases the 90-piece Symphony Orchestra and the 20-piece Palatinate Ensemble at their most dynamic, offering a rich blend of grandeur and musical storytelling.
