It's been a few days since I posted anything, but I'm still here pottering away. I've been catching up with a few boring housework jobs 😵‍💫 as well as a little bit of Monster hunting and some Batik in between.

Above & Below. Created as part of the Nenthead Mines INSPIRED Exhibition.

‘Above’; A picture inspired by the beautiful landscape of the North Pennies. Old stone buildings, wild flowers and endless moorland.

‘Below’; Inspired by what’s under the surface of the wonderful North Pennies. Lots of fantastic minerals and crystals to be discovered.

Both pictures have been created by wet felting, embellished with machine and hand embroidery.
