Our grandmother, Eden, used to live in Provence where she ran a small creperie in her spare time catering to the locals in her village. Long story short, Ryan and I were inspired by Eden to create our own crepe stall here in the UK. We use all her original equipment in our custom-built crepe trailer, and we follow in her lead in caring about the environment, which is why all our services are 100%
plastic-free, and our ingredients are all sustainably sourced. We bring the freshest take on the traditional French crepe with a wide selection of sweet and savoury crepes, using Eden's signature French batter, updated to include a range of gluten-free and vegan options as well. That’s everything from Belgian Chocolate and maple syrup, to delicious savoury crepes, such as our 'Crepe Complete' - a combination of mature cheddar cheese, West Wiltshire ham and fried egg. As for the two of us, we have been honing our trade for over 7 years, catering at everything from country house weddings to corporate events for EDF Energy to college balls at Oxford, Cambridge and Durham. We have found that a crepe trailer works well at pretty much any venue, and we pride ourselves on bringing a warm and friendly atmosphere to all our events.
