And just like that, it's all over! πŸš—πŸ₯²

The cast and crew have had so much fun in Dagenham, but we couldn't continue to do what we do without our fantastic audience, so a huge thank you to every one of you who came along to see the show this week - we really appreciate your support and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! 😊

We'd also like to thank our advertisers and 'friends' for their generosity.

We'll be sharing our official show photos here soon, so keep on following us over the summer!

And if, when watching the show, you were thinking 'that looks fun', then why not come and join us! We are always looking to welcome new members (especially men!) to our friendly club 😊 If you're interested, send us a message, or look out for an invitation to join when our new season starts again after the summer.

Thank you all once again πŸ₯°

🎭 Meet The Cast

Meghan Tait as Rita O'Grady

Meghan has been a member of Cowal Choral Club for a number of years, appearing in productions including Nunsense and 9 to 5, as well as Calendar Girls and Steel Magnolias for Dunoon Players. She is delighted to take on the role of Rita in Made in Dagenham and looks forward to bringing this spirited, determined, and occasionally stubborn character to life on the Dunoon stage - not too much acting required!

🎭 Meet The Cast

Marty Watt as Eddie O'Grady

Marty is often writing music and singing in his spare time. He developed a passion for theatre and musicals when attending Cowal Youth Theatre. This performance is a return to the stage and Marty is delighted to be making his debut with Cowal Choral Club as Eddie O’Grady; a charming, stubborn, and occasionally out-of-his-depth husband. What started as being dragged along β€œjust to give it a go” quickly re-ignited an old passion. Marty has loved every minute of rehearsals, especially the chance to sing on stage with such a fantastic and talented group. He hopes you enjoy the show as much as he has loved being part of it.

Donna Dunn as Connie Riley

Donna has been in the Cowal Choral Club for many years. Leading roles include Nellie from South Pacific and Belle from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Most recently she played Sister Julia, Child of God, in our production of Nunsense. This year she is playing Connie, the long serving Shop Steward. 🎭 Meet The Cast

Lorraine Daw as Beryl

After last year's production of Nunsense in which she played the head of the convent, Reverend Mother, Sister Regina, Lorraine returns to play the bolshy, foul mouthed, inappropriate machinist Beryl. Having enjoyed performing as a child in singing, dancing and acting, Lorraine became a member of the Choral Club in 1996. Over the following years she has enjoyed many roles including the leads in "Annie Get Your Gun", "Calamity Jane" and "The Pajama Game". She's positive that you will enjoy watching the lively, gag-packed production of "Made in Dagenham".
