Look at these gorgeous Palm Stones🥰

You may have heard the term palm stone before, but this is actually an overarching term for Thumb Stones, Worry Stones (”feel good stones”), Gallets, and Touch Stones.

Gallets
These stones are usually larger in size, thick, and circular.

Palm Stones
Palm stones are usually equal in size and proportion, circular or oval shapes, and small enough to fit in most peoples’ hands.

Thumb Stones
Also known as worry stones, thumb stones are small and often have an indent on one side to place your thumb.

Touch Stones
Touch stones are very large palm stones and are often similar to freeform stones.

Palm stones are perfect for meditation, as a device for fidgeting, and for falling asleep because you can hold them in your hand. They are also small, which makes them easy to bring with you wherever you go.

D is for DALMATIAN JASPER ✨💛
Dalmatian jasper holds a very special place in my heart. Properties of this Mexican stone are truly incredible.

Opening the base, sacral and earth chakras, Dalmatian stone imparts a sense of physicality to the soul and reminds that you are a spiritual being on a human journey. Grounding and entering your body, it assists in coming to terms joyfully with being in incarnation. A protective influence, Dalmatian stone is said to sound a warning when danger is near, assisting in maintaining composure under all circumstances.
Psychologically, attuning to the innocent child within and fortifying the spirit, this stone stimulates your sense of fun and is a useful pick-me-up for depression or energy depletion. […]

C if do CALCITE 🩵✨
Calcide is a powerful amplifier and cleanser of energy. Simply having calcite in the room cleans negative energies from the environment and heightens your energy. B is for BUMBLEBEE JASPER ✨🐝💛

Bumblebee Jasper - born in the fumeroles of an Indonesian volcano but also found in Australia, this startlingly coloured jasper is an excellent healer for sacral chakra dis-ease. Encouraging total honesty with yourself, the stone represents triumph over the impossible as a bee is not aerodynamically designed to fly. One of its most obvious qualities is to support the at-risk bumble bee population but it also encourages the “pollination” of new projects and, like all jaspers, is supremely nurturing.
