I am a qualified photographer and while at college I came across fine art and discovered its what I enjoy, It allows me to mix my 2 passions, art and photography. I created this business as I live with anxiety and to help me deal with that I like to feel organised and have a plan/structure and when I started to think about fine art and what I like and what I would have on my wall at home I kept co
ming back to the idea of feeling organised and uncluttered but the idea of minimalist images didn't appeal to my creative side' so I thought out side the box a little and came up with the idea of symmetry. Having an image that worked with my organised mind set but the images still had to be artist and beautiful so I started to experiment with various things and that is how the idea of kaleidoscopic imagery was created
my images are designed to be symmetrical patterns but there are more subtle patterns within the finer details of the image where the symmetrical areas align this is where the kaleidoscope aspects come in, its all about creating patterns and the more you look the more you see
