5Star Sport create and deliver Rugby and Hockey Easter and Summer Camps, private small group session

5Star Sport is a rugby and hockey sports provider including Easter and Summer camps and private Coaching Sessions. We provide a fantastic opportunity for boys and girls of all abilities aged 8-16 to develop their all round game ahead of a new season. There will be a focus on individual skills and game situation training, with training specifically tailored to the needs of each individual, all deli

vered by some of the best coaches in Scotland. There will also be the unique opportunity for the players to have their progress monitored during the week with video analysis and there will be special guest appearances from current and former internationals throughout. Our only requirements are that the player wants to improve and, above all, enjoy their rugby and hockey

From 🦁British & Irish Lions, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Scotland Rugby Captains, 🇬🇧Olympic hockey stars and even Gladiators…. 🤩😮‍💨 We have been incredibly lucky to welcome some amazing guests to our 5Star Camps over the years! 🙏

The kids absolutely love hearing their stories, learning from their experiences, and being inspired by people who have reached the very top of their sport.🥰

A huge thank you to every guest who has given their time to inspire the next generation.

💥I told you we were going to dig into the 5Star archives! This one is a belter and involves a 5Star legend Logan Williams…From breaking ankles at 5Star Summer Camp to scoring the winning try in the dying minutes for New Zealand U20s against Australia. 😮‍💨🔥

Watching our 5Star players grow and succeed is what it’s all about. We always knew Logan had the athletic talent to reach the highest level if he chose to pursue it. Alongside his brother Ethan, he was a camp favourite, not just because of his ability, but because of the person he was.

Talent can open doors, but character leaves a lasting impact. Whatever path you choose, be the person others want to be around. 💙🏉

As the All Black motto simply says ‘Better people make better All Blacks’. 💪🏻

Well done Logan and we look forward to seeing you in the senior black jersey soon! 🤩

💥5STAR HOCKEY & RUGBY SUMMER CAMP💥�

This year feels extra special… because it’s our 10 YEAR 5STAR CAMP ANNIVERSARY 🏉🏑❤️

Over the next few months, we will be sharing some throwback clips and highlights from previous camps, and we cannot wait to take a trip down memory lane!

From amazing players, coaches, special guest appearances, 5Star kit, challenges, tournaments, laughs and unforgettable moments… we have made so many incredible memories over the last 10 years, and this summer we are looking forward to recreating many of our 5Star top moments, while creating even more 🙌🏻

On the subject of making memories, yesterday was also a really special day for the wider 5Star family, as our rugby coach Ross got married ❤️💍�
Ross has been a huge part of 5Star for many years and it was brilliant to see so many of our coaching team together celebrating with him.

That sense of community, friendship and being part of something bigger has always been at the heart of what 5Star is all about and we hope that every player who comes to camp feels that too 🤩

Whether you have been coming for years or this will be your first ever 5Star Camp, we cannot wait to welcome everyone for what promises to be our best summer camp EVER! ☀️🔥

💥What an amazing 5Star Easter Hockey and Rugby camp! It has gone by in a flash but we have loved every minute of it. ❤️

I feel incredibly grateful to be in our 10th year 🥳and I can speak for all of our coaches to say we love it now more than ever. That’s a lot to do with the wonderful kids we have attending and their amazing attitude throughout. 🤩

Congrats to our players of the week Fynlay C, Monty P, Rafe T for rugby and Connie D, Molly F for hockey. 💥

🙏A huge thank you to eveyone for their support, not just this year but we have so many returning 5Star attendees and we appreciate this so much.

3 Days Down and only 1 to go! 😭 Day 3 of 5Star did not disappoint with ice cream galore from fans favourite Frankie! There was almost a riot when they heard the ice cream siren 🚨 coming into Mayfield! 😂🤪

We also had plenty of awesome skills on display in the sunshine and the rugby players were also treated to an afternoon visit from Glasgow Warriors and local Dundee lad Angus Fraser! ⭐️🙌🏻

The final day is tournaments in the morning and then games and skills challenges in the afternoon. 💪🏻💥

What an action packed day 2 in the sun at the 5Star Sport Easter camps today!! 🙌🏻☀️

The theme for today was ‘defence’ and there was so many creative sessions going on with all the different age groups, that the photos only manage to capture a fraction of what was going on! 💥

Alongside this Coach Ross had put on a masterclass of ‘functional movement’ for all the age groups. The race challenge at the end was especially enjoyed by all! 😮‍💨

It’s going to be an exciting day tomorrow with a 5Star firm favourite Frankie and his ice cream van coming along in the afternoon! ☀️🙌🏻 Don’t forget your £1.50 cash for an 🍦

We are also looking forward to welcoming local Dundee lad and current Glasgow Warriors player Angus Fraser, who is joining us at the end of the day to check out the up and coming talent! We cannot wait
