This month, we have had a high number of unpaid and incorrectly paid fees. All individual admin messages and payment reminders will be sent by text this evening with full details.

We would like to remind everyone that we are a small, local business with staff and ongoing overheads. Unfortunately, with the current volume of late payments, we are unable to offer any late payment plans to anyone.

💫 Dance fees are due on the 1st of each calendar month. All dancers are offered a free trial period at the start of registration, which provides time for families to set up their payments. 💫

With most of our classes now full and waiting lists in place, it’s important that spaces are taken by dancers who are able to keep their fees up to date.
While we know our families personally and truly sympathise with changing circumstances, we must apply the same policy to everyone in order to continue running the business fairly and sustainably.

Our late payment policy will therefore be enforced:
• A £5 late fee will be added to overdue payments
• Dancers will not be permitted to attend classes until fees are fully up to date

This ensures fairness and helps us manage the studio responsibly. Although my instinct is always to be understanding and flexible, consistent late payments impact our ability to cover essential monthly bills and staff wages.
