We had a visit from Stuart Buchanan yesterday where we were thrilled to see he had six brand new original paintings for us!

2025 was a brilliant year for Stuart, if his latest batch of work is anything to go by we can see this year being even more successful. 🔴

One of our favourite new works is something we haven't seen before from Stuart 'Summit' is a piece for those climbers, hikers or munro baggers. Alongside this piece we have some beautiful works in the artists signature style, bold colour paired with scenes of tranquil solitude.

We're so excited to share with you brand new work by a new artist to our gallery, Jennifer McKenzie. 🗻

For those unfamiliar with Jennifer's work here is a bit about her and her work: Born in Dundee, Jennifer studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design and now stays in the Angus Countryside.

Having spent many childhood holidays exploring the Highlands and North West coast of Scotland an appreciation for the landscape was instilled in her from a young age, with rugged mountain scenery proving to be a favoured subject of the artist.

Working primarily with ink, Jennifer enjoys the clean lines and attention to detail that can be captured in the medium. Through this rhythmic process of mark making the artist carves out time to reflect on the tranquillity of the Scottish landscape and the beauty of its design.
