In the past couple of weeks we've been working hard on making Galactic Throne the greatest game it can possibly be. This includes meeting with all the Custodians to make sure they're all aware of what's going on, refining the rulebook to answer a few questions people had, and of course putting together all the physical components of the game.

As our team includes designers, we felt like we could add something special to the games we provide here. Both in terms of continual improvement, as well as a little touch of extra attention to detail.

With that in mind, we're proud to announce that with the help of Dundee Makerspace, we're working hard to produce a set of game components that will add to the game in the best possible way.

We would like to announce, as the currency for Galactic Throne, the Quasi-Universal Intergalactic Denomination, or "QUID".

All of us here at Innerspace Games look forward to you getting your hands on these and spending them, propelling your civilisation to the stars.

To all those who wished to attend the game previously listed as "Twilight Imperium Maximus",

While the event is still going ahead, I must apologise and, due to a misunderstanding of the legalities of game copyright in regards to remixing games, I cannot continue to run the game with the Twilight Imperium theme.

The good news, however, is that the idea of a game of galactic conquest is something that can still be done, and the game previously known as "Twilight Imperium Maximus" is now known as "The Galactic Throne".

The game is still one of Galactic Conquest, Trade, Diplomacy, Exploration, and Megagame enjoyment, and I do not believe there is any concern.

Anybody who wishes to back out, however, may do so via the Eventbrite ticket system before the event starts. They should be able to attain a full refund via Eventbrite.

In future, I fully intend to make fully clear my own understanding of copyright, and can only apologise to both yourselves and Fantasy Flight Games, owners of the current Twilight Imperium copyright.

I hope you are still interested in playing this game, and I hope to see you in December.

It's time to announce the details of our next game

TWILIGHT IMPERIUM MAXIMUS

Twilight Imperium Maximus is a megagame of galactic conquest for thirty two players.

Each player will take a role in one of eight alien civilisations to compete for interstellar supremacy through warfare, trade, uncertain allegiances, and political dominance. Each civilisation provides a unique game experience with different abilities and play styles.

But will you be the admiral of your civilisation, guiding your warfleet, will you be a diplomat, making secret deals and brokering trade, will you be the explorer, searching for ancient relics to aid your people, or will you be the president, the guiding hand in the shadows?

In Twilight Imperium Maximus, many paths lead to the centre of the galaxy, but every path is forged from broken promises and amazing victories.

Tickets will become available this Saturday at 6PM. Book early to avoid disappointment.
