Clare’s theme in the nurseries this week is Butterflies 🦋 The kids in Rugrats Private Day Nursery were full of knowledge of the life cycle; they have been learning as part of their curriculum!

Totstars meets curriculum as part of their expressive arts and health & wellbeing elements and every so often we cross over with exactly what the kids are learning- learn through play, all the way!

Bubbles is everyone’s favourite part of Totstars ✨🫧

While the little ones think they’re just chasing bubbles, they’re actually building coordination, balance, spatial awareness and focus… all while having the BEST time 🥹🙌🏼

Bubbles are also amazing for language development — from learning new words like “pop”, “up”, “more” and “bubble”, to encouraging eye contact, turn-taking, listening and communication through play 💬🫧

Plus let’s be honest… the grown-ups love them just as much 👀😂

What a buzz in Scotland last night! singing, celebrations and seeing everyone come together has been brilliant.

With all things Scotland in the spotlight, we’re even more excited for our Scottish Adventure show at Broughty Ferry Gala Week on 9th July. 💙
