🐔 20 YEARS. 100 SHOWS. ONE RUBBER CHICKEN FAMILY! 🎭

Huge congratulations to Rubber Chicken Theatre as they celebrate an incredible 20 years of theatrical magic tomorrow!

From today's tinies and teens to adult performers and alumni who've gone on to work professionally, this is a celebration of everything that makes RCT so special. And with some performers who were tinies in that very first show now returning to the stage? Well, somebody's cutting onions in the wings! 🥹

Here's to the memories, the friendships, the curtain calls and all the future shows still to come. Happy 20th birthday, RCT! Here's to another 100 shows… at least! 🥂🎭

❗📢 Anyone who is a man or knows a man!

We’re looking for more men and male-identifying performers to join the cast for our upcoming production of The Great British Bake Off Musical! 🍰

Whether you're a seasoned performer, or have never stepped on stage and want to try something new, we'd love to see you at rehearsals next Wednesday 28th October, 7:15pm at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Stirling.

🎶 No auditions are required for ensemble members, and on 28th we'll continue learning some of the main songs. In the next few weeks we'll announce casting and get really stuck in!

Back by popular demand, join us on November 6th for SINGO! We're blending cabaret flair with a classic games night so get those bingo cards at the ready, you could be a winner!

Entrance charge includes a bingo card to get you started, then other games like heads or tails, or more bingo cards, can be purchased on the night.

Feeling brave? Sign up and step into the spotlight to sing that solo you've been desperate to perform. Or, grab a friend, declare yourselves the next Glinda and Elphaba and take to the stage for a duet.

There were cakes on the floor, tears in the tent and absolutely no written recipes. Thankfully, our rehearsal process is (slightly) less terrifying... At least we have a script!

Rehearsals for The Great British Bake Off Musical kick off next week, and we’re always excited to welcome new faces! We rehearse as a company before casting, and we don't currently have anyone in the society who fits the role of Hassan. We're committed to authentic representation, so for Hassan, we are actively seeking actors with a playing age of 18-25 from Syrian, Arab, or Middle Eastern/SWANA backgrounds, or those with lived experience as a refugee. If you - or someone you know - might be a great fit and up for trying something new, drop us a message or come along to a rehearsal!

📆 First rehearsal, Weds 30th September
📍 Holy Trinity Church Hall, Albert Place, Stirling
⏰ 7:15pm-9:30ish, then time to chat and eat cake!
🧑‍🧒 Ages 14+ welcome
