✨ LITHA – Leave It The Hell Alone! ✨

One of the best things you can do for a new piercing is actually… less.

Avoid twisting it, turning it, picking at crusties or constantly checking it. Your piercing needs time and peace to heal properly.

Keep hands off, avoid sleeping on it, keep hair and headphones away where possible, and only clean when needed with sterile saline.

A little redness, tenderness and light crusting can be normal during healing—but excessive touching can cause irritation and delay the process.

Your piercing doesn’t need fussed over… it needs left alone. 💚

Picked up a takeaway for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The tomato salad was amazing and the sausages were so tasty. The portions were incredibly generous—I couldn't finish it! Excellent value for money and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🇵🇹😊
