Looking forward to another hopefully great acoustic session at the Sitwell Arms in Morton tonight!
The last couple have been brilliant, so I'm hoping for a repeat performance!
We'll be starting at about 8.30 in the bar - and if you play and/or sing - we hope you will come and join us. We are a friendly bunch! 🎶😊👍

Another month and it's still not the warmest of times yet. May is maintaining a miserable start to 2023.
But....you can come and sing those blues out at the Holly Bush acoustic session tonight! 🎶🎸 (The Holly Bush, Makeney - just off the A6)
Our cosy gathering will start at about 8.30 in the back room of this fabulous Derbyshire pub.
It's really nice to have this session back on the calendar - the music is generally terrific and the company very welcoming.

Well here we are again at the third Wednesday of the month!
Seems a lot that's been happening since the last one! 😁
I SHALL be "in the chair" again tonight, hosting this cosy acoustic session at this fabulous old Derbyshire pub!
So if you fancy coming down and keeping us company with your musicality or simply your presence and personality - you will be made most welcome!😊🎶🍻
All genres and instruments welcome (with the exception of electric guitars and kazoos of course!)😁
We'll be starting around 8.30 in the back room.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO SESSION AT THE HOLLYBUSH THIS MONTH.
Wednesday 14th there will be carols and a brass band. And Thursday 15th I will be elsewhere and not hosting the session (though there will be nothing to stop anyone from coming along and playing anyway)
Will get the Holly Bush session back up and running in the New Year.
In the meantime a Merry Christmas to all those sessioners who I don't see elsewhere before the 25th!🎅🎶
