WHO ARE WE? 🩵

So, if you’re new around here, let us introduce ourselves…

We’re Elev8 Voices, a children’s choir made up of young people who love to sing, have fun and perform.

We want Elev8 Voices to be a place where children can come along, meet new friends, build their confidence and enjoy being part of something. Some of our singers are used to performing, while others are just starting out, either way we welcome you.

There’s no pressure to be perfect. We’re here to learn, try new things, make a few mistakes along the way and, most importantly, have a good time doing it.

We love seeing the children grow, not just as singers, but as individuals. Watching someone who was once too nervous to sing in front of people suddenly stand in front of a group of people and absolutely go for it is one of the best parts of what we do.

And then there are the rehearsals… plenty of singing, plenty of laughs, and probably a fair amount of noise!

We’re really proud of the group we’re building and of every single young person who walks through the door.

Hi everyone! 👋💙

I'm Liz, and I help Jess during rehearsals and behind the scenes at Elev8 Voices!

Like Jess and Emily, theatre and singing have always been a huge part of my life, and I love being able to share that passion with our wonderful choir members.

I love being part of such a welcoming and supportive team, helping children grow in confidence while making every rehearsal fun, encouraging and enjoyable.

Whether I'm lending a hand during rehearsals, supporting behind the scenes or cheering everyone on, I love being involved in everything that makes Elev8 Voices so special.

I'm so excited to continue this journey and can't wait to see what the future holds for Elev8 Voices! 💙

Hi everyone! 👋💙
I'm Emily, and I'm the face behind all of the Elev8 Voices social media! 📸

I've always loved performing, especially dancing, and I've been taking part in dance shows and pantomimes at the Norbury Theatre since 2012. Being on stage has been a huge part of my life, so it's amazing to now be able to combine that passion with creating content for Elev8 Voices.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll normally find me helping Jess during the rehearsals, joining in with activities (especially the warm up 🫣) and lending a hand wherever it's needed.
I also love capturing all the fun, hard work and special moments that happen behind the scenes, and I can't wait to continue sharing our journey with you.

Hi again, I’m Jess! 👋💙
I thought now would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself!
I’m a former primary school teacher with a huge passion for singing, music and theatre (and a slight obsession with stationery 🤭).
I've been performing at the Norbury Theatre since I was 5 years old, taking part in dance shows and pantomimes, and performing has always been a huge part of my life.
I'm the founder of Elev8 Voices, and it's been such a joy to watch the choir grow over the past year. Seeing children build confidence, make friendships and discover their love of singing is exactly why I started this journey.
I can't wait to see what the future holds for Elev8 Voices, and I'm so grateful to everyone who's been part so far. 💙

Wow! 🤩

First of all, a huge well done to every single one of our incredible performers. You were absolutely amazing! We are so proud of each and every one of you for singing your hearts out, giving it your all, and most importantly, having so much fun. 💙

A massive thank you as well to everyone who came along to support the choir. It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces in the audience cheering everyone on, your support means the world to us.

And thank you to Droitwich Library for allowing us to perform as part of the Read to the Beat summer reading challenge 📚

After weeks of learning and singing together, our wonderful Elev8 Voices choir is ready to take to the stage for the very first time!

We'd love for you to come along, support our amazing young singers, and celebrate this special milestone with us. 💙

We are very excited to announce our first performance at Droitwich Library!

As part of their Summer Reading Challenge, ‘Read to the Beat’ we will be singing a selection of songs that the choir have been learning.
