WE’RE HIRING: BAKER WANTED 🍞

We’re looking for a baker to join Dan in the bakery this summer.

This is a proper hands-on production role — bread and pastry, sourdough and lamination. If you know your way around a sheeter and don’t mind an early start, you’ll fit right in.

Some experience is essential, but we’re always up for developing the right person with the right attitude.

The details:
– 20–30 hours a week
– Flexible schedule (weekends are non-negotiable, weekdays vary)
– Must be able to get to Downham Market easily
– Fixed-term to end of September, with potential for a permanent contract
– £13–£15 per hour depending on experience

You’ll be working alongside Dan, making a lot of bread, probably getting a bit floury, and being part of a small team that genuinely gives a s**t about what we do.

Sound like you?
