We have been working on a little Charleston number, it’s been great fun. Fancy joining us?
We have two tap classes
Monday 10.00 at Temple Ewell Village Hall (Beginners and improvers)
Tuesday 12.30 at River Village Hall (open class)
Tap is great for fitness, balance, co- ordination, and memory.
Plus it’s a great atmosphere and really friendly group of people.

Our new block of classes start next week. Classes including Line dancing, Ballet, Tap, and Fitness 4 Life
We all need to take care of our bodies and there is a class for everyone.
Here are some photos of our Fitness 4 Life classes…..we adapt exercises to cater for all fitness levels including people who want to build strength and mobility after surgery (once your doctor has given go ahead to exercise)
Fun friendly classes for both ladies and gentlemen held at River and Temple Ewell Village Hall.
