I was honoured to be part of another sculpture for

These sculptures painted by many different artists from local to country wide can be found though Plymouth from 6 July to 13 September 2026.

This sculpture design was inspired by the light we find with in us when facing dark times. A lighthouse has been an icon of guidance and light for many years. A light we can often find within ourselves if we are brave enough to dive deep enough to find it.

St Luke’s has teamed up with experts Wild in Art to set up a sensational trail of more than 40 distinctive sculptures, each one uniquely decorated by a professional artist and generously sponsored by a local business.

A short view of my process for Stlukesguidinglights lighthouse sculpture.

"I have faced depression and low moments and can never fully explain finding my way out. It feels like spiralling inward, discovering a tiny light, a spark guiding me. Not a light others give, but one deep within you."

St Luke’s Guiding Lights is beaming through Plymouth from 6 July to 13 September 2026 with a spectacular trail of stunning lighthouse sculptures. St Luke’s has teamed up with experts Wild in Art to set up a sensational trail of more than 40 distinctive sculptures, each one uniquely decorated by a professional artist and generously sponsored by a local business.

The Pride of Portsmouth trail is officially live today 🦁

45 uniquely designed lion sculptures have taken over Portsmouth for the summer, and we are proud to be the home of one right here at Port Solent. Meet The Blue Guardian, created by artist Kizzi B Creative and sponsored by Port Solent.

Inspired by Portsmouth's proud naval history, The Blue Guardian portrays the lion as a symbol of protection and strength. The blue mane represents the dangerous waters sailors crossed, while the sand-coloured body is decorated with nautical maps, compasses, and mythical creatures of the deep.

Find The Blue Guardian at Port Solent and download the trail map or app on Portsmouth City Council's website to discover all 45 lions across the city. The trail runs until 13th September and is completely free.

Make sure to tag us in your photos as you discover the trailπŸ“Έ

I recently had the honour of painting this very special mural at Ferndown First School.

This mural was created to celebrate Betsy’s life, her brightness, and all the things she loved β€” bees, flowers, blue hearts, sunshine and rainbows. It was also inspired by the school song she loved, When It’s a Sunny Day, which felt like the perfect way to carry her joy into the artwork.

A huge thank you to the headmaster and all the staff at Ferndown First School for being so supportive, helpful and completely on board throughout the whole project. It has been such a meaningful piece to bring to life.

I hope this mural continues to shine in Betsy’s memory, carrying a little piece of her brightness forward for everyone who sees it. πŸŒˆβ˜€οΈπŸπŸ’™

HIGHLIGHTS from 2025 πŸŽ¨πŸ–ŒπŸŒˆβ˜€οΈπŸπŸŒŠ

2025 was a year of living as well as working. So sometimes I felt as though I may not have painted as much as usual. But these are the parts I do remember well:

πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈ My two tails for Great Tail Trail Wild in Art going up along the coastline for the public to enjoy before being auctioned off to raise money for Julia's House Children's Hospice

🐝 Painting an underpass mural for Wimborne Minster BID including a painting experience workshop for Beaucroft College college students

🐾 Doing some pet portraits! A nice reprieve back to my original detailed style

🫢🏻πŸͺ½ A personal and heartwarming project of a miniature tail for a very special family

🌊🌴 Back at Sobo Beach for another year of beach painting and lots of good coffee and drinks! 🍾

πŸƒ A calming nature mural in Queens Park, peaceful after a busy summer

🐲 A few personal home murals including this awesome firebreathing dragon around a log burner 🀘

πŸŽ… And lastly a long stretch of crazy creative Christmas props for Seventa Events for Bournemouth Christmas Market

What a year πŸ˜… looking forward to what this one brings. πŸ‘
