A HUGE thank you to the 8,600 people who joined us at the New Forest Food Festival 2026 - the most visitors we have ever had!🏆

It’s been a week of incredible highs and some very challenging lows. We worked closely with the local authorities to ensure we ran a safe and responsible festival and we are incredibly grateful for everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

A massive thank you to all the visitors, traders, contractors and staff who have all helped us navigate this exceptionally challenging week - seeing you all having a great time made all the hard work worthwhile. 🌲❤️

Day One of the 2026 New Forest Food Festival ☑️🌳

A huge thank you to the 4,000 of you who joined us today — we hope you had a fantastic time! 🍴🎉

We’d also like to say a big thank you for your feedback about the shuttle bus to Hinton Admiral Station 🚌. We’re sorry to anyone who had to wait. Demand for the shuttle bus was much greater than anticipated, and we have just secured additional capacity which will triple the number of people we can transfer at any one time tomorrow.

The forecast for tomorrow is looking a little cooler 🌤️ — so why not join us for Day Two of great food, drink and entertainment?! 🙌🍔🍻🎶

With the current dry conditions, we ask everyone to enjoy the festival responsibly and help us protect the New Forest. Please follow all fire safety guidance and speak to a member of our team if you have any concerns.

NEW FOREST FOOD FESTIVAL – GOING AHEAD THIS WEEKEND 🌳

We are pleased to confirm that the New Forest Food Festival will continue this weekend as planned.

Following the recent local wildfires, we have been in close consultation with the relevant authorities regarding the event, and they are happy for the festival to go ahead. The safety of our visitors, staff, traders and the New Forest is our priority as always.

We look forward to welcoming you over the weekend to celebrate local food, producers and businesses. 🌳🍴
