😢
Wow, never forget the powerful emotions that singing can elicit! And there are some composers/lyricists that really know how to pull on the heartstrings! There’s a reason that Les Mis is still running on the West End 40 years on! The writing is fabulous, and so ‘human’. We’ve sung so many songs from this show, and felt the emotions every time, sadness, despair, hope, love…
- prepare yourselves!!

🎶Show Choir are pleased to be backing Dorking’s bid to be a Town of Culture! It certainly deserves it!! 🎶

We are supporting Dorking's bid to be the first UK Town of Culture in 2028.

This is a new government competition where the winning town will receive £3 million and the two runners up £250,000 each to develop a town of culture programme that will help bring new audiences, strengthen community initiatives and drive investment into the town.

If you would like to have input into the Town of Culture bid head over to https://www.hellodorking.com/town-of-culture/ to complete a short survey.
