If you are soaking up the sunshine at one of the brilliant village days this weekend in Mole Valley (from Charlwood in the south to Ashtead in the north) you’ll be feeling that unmistakable community buzz.

🎉 HAPPY LOCAL RADIO DAY! 📻

Did you know Mole Valley is home to a community radio station?

Surrey Hills Community Radio is busy giving people of all ages and backgrounds the chance to share their voice and get creative behind the mic. With a recent King's Award for Voluntary Service and a fully booked work experience programme, the station is growing further with the addition of their newest recruits over the next couple of months.

If you haven’t discovered them yet, now is the perfect day to check them out online broadcasting from Leatherhead.
