Opening Night for ‘Barry Trotter and the Witches of Oz’!

The curtain rises tonight as the Broadmayne Players bring their 2026 pantomime Barry Trotter and the Witches of Oz to the stage.

Promising magic, mayhem and plenty of laughs, the family-friendly production is packed with witches, wizards, lost families and a host of strange and wonderful characters. Described as a chaotic meeting of magical misfits, audiences can expect classic pantomime fun, surprises and plenty of chances to join in the action.

There are still a few tickets available online and limited availability on the door — so there’s still time to grab a seat and enjoy an evening of community theatre at its best.

Broadmayne Players Announce 2026 Pantomime ‘Barry Trotter and the Witches of Oz’

The Broadmayne Players are set to bring magic, mayhem and plenty of laughs to the stage with their 2026 pantomime, Barry Trotter and the Witches of Oz.

The family-friendly production will be performed on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 February, promising a spellbinding mix of witches, wizards, lost families and a host of strange and wonderful characters.

Described as a chaotic meeting of magical misfits, the pantomime asks the question: what could possibly go wrong? Audiences can expect plenty of humour, surprises and classic pantomime fun throughout the show.

The Broadmayne Players are encouraging audiences of all ages to come along and enjoy the production, which continues the group’s tradition of community theatre and lively performances.
