Hi Everyone,

Now that we are back to school and work depending on your age we are going to take a week to put things into place for the Tomb of Annihlation campaign that is running for the Junior D&D players.

We are looking to keep the sessions extended but we are curently looking into the costs and keeping the costs down while making the events sustainable to run.

Subsequently we are looking at tomorrows session being the usual time of 1-3pm.

However we will be looking at longer sessions going forward which will link in with the table booking that will be launching shortly.

We will have more details of this over the coming week.

Hi Everyone,

We hope you all had a great summer.

As part of our summer activities review we recently requested feedback about the events and we are really grateful for all the positive and contrstructive feedback we received.

With that in mind we wanted to announce that following the feedback we have greated a Mindful Gaming whatsapp group to help people stay in touch with our activities.

In addition we have created a group specifically for the Junior D&D players.

We will also be requesting that spaces are booked on the Mindful Gaming website from Next Saturday (12/09/2026) onwards.

This is to help us better organise the activities and communicate with parents if there is a low turnout.

This is the start of our upcoming regeneration as we move to our next phase and we welcome any other feedback.

Hi Everyone,

Now the summer activities are behind us we are going to start preparing for the next wave of activities and updates.

As we finalise these activities we would really appreciate it if the families that were involved with the summer sessions could fill in the attached feedback forms as it helps us look at ways to improve the events and attract better to support to our activities.

We have some great activites planned for October and if you would like to beinvolved or have an idea for an event then please let me know.

Hi,

We have been having alot of fun running our adventure with the kids over the summer holidays.

We were due to run a session today but we have had a low turn out so we will be moving this session to a later weekend slot when more of the kids can attend.

We are planning an extended session tomorrow and our learn to play Warhammer 40k will be on Sunday.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has filled in the survey so far.

The feedback has been great in helping us look at developing how our community space can serve the community.

Part of the feedback is around the Junior D&D sessions such as the duration and cost.

Currently we run a 2 hour session for £4.00 per participant.

This is to make the sessions more palatable to the players and pocket money friendly.

We would like to start a conversation here to see what the parents and children would prefer going forward.

Would longer sessions be more desirable and if we provided a longer activity what would people be happy pay?

At this point we will also mention that Mindful Gaming Support fund is available to support families who are struggling financially and don't want their children to miss out on the social activities that we provide. So please don't think that we don't see you as everyone deserves a seat at our tables.

Hi Guys,

Were about to start a new series of Dungeons and Dragons activities for children in the Doncaster area.

The HAF activities are a scheme setup to give children from low income families the opportunity to engage in some fun activities.

We have several sessions coming up over the next few weeks where children can come and join in with us.

Fully vetted and safeguarding children training in place.

Hi guys,

We were considering adding some extra sessions this week.

However we have decided to use this elsewhere to allow the kids to better enjoy the published adventure we are starting soon.

Therefore there will be no sessions tomorrow and just a standard session on Saturday.

The camp session will restart next weekend.
