My appointment policies 💼
Just so it is crystal clear & no exceptions.
BOOKING FEES
All appointments require a booking fee. The amount is set by myself. If you fail to pay the booking fee within 24 hours or at the arranged date your appointment will be re-advertised. I will ask twice only.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time for your appointment not early nor late. You will be asked to wait outside until your arranged time slot of early. If you are late I have the right to refuse your treatment as I will not run into someone else’s slot nor will I rush. Your appointment however is still payable.
RE-ARRANGEMENTS
If you give me 48 hours or more notice I will transfer your booking fee.
24hrs notice you must pay 50% of the treatment cost.
Less than 24 hours notice the full appointment is to be paid. If you do not want to follow this I have put in place & not pay then no further appointments will be made.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to attend your appointment & aren’t dead then the full treatment must be paid for plus loss of booking fee.
PATCH TESTS
If you require a patch test these must be done at least 47 hours prior to your appointment.
No patch test = no appointment. I will not be held responsible for your face falling off.
