Who we are
We are a group of unique, dedicated and enthusiastic musicians based in Magee Campus, Ulster University, Derry. We use different types of technology such as iPads (through the use of a variety of apps), computers and push pads to create original music. We also participate in the design of new musical instruments.
We have performed many concerts and also performed with the Benyounes string quartet. We have participated in events such as the Derry Jazz festival alongside jazz musicians Darren Beckett, Scott Flanigan, Rohan Armstrong and Lewis Smith.
Currently, we are developing our skills through past and present research, in order to provide our composers, software instrument designers and hardware instrument designers with knowledge on how to create unique electronic musical instruments for our individual needs.
We have travelled and performed in cities such as London, Dublin and Portugal with the hope to continue travelling, expressing our flare and passion for music and sharing that passion with established performers throughout the world.
