📢Circus Classes are BACK!!!

Do you want to learn some new skills, meet some great people and become part of our wonderful community? (of course you do!)
Well Circus School is for YOU!

Some of our classes are full, but we have a few spaces left on the following programmes:
🎪LITTLE SEEDLINGS CIRCUS (4-5 year olds) - Starting 12th September
⏰Saturday at 10-11am
🎪BIGGER SEEDLINGS CIRCUS (6-8 year olds) - Starting 12th September
⏰Saturday at 11.30am-12.30pm 🚨2 spaces left!!!!🚨
🎪JUNIOR YOUTH CIRCUS (9-12 year olds) - Starting 12th September
⏰Saturday at 1.30-3pm
🎪CIRCABILITY (for neurodiverse children) - Starting 17th September

We’re back at Oakfield Park this Saturday for the last of our Summer series! 🌞

And what a summers it’s been! Join us this Saturday in the stunning park for some drumming & pirate fun! 🏴‍☠️

In Your Space Circus is looking for an experienced, proactive Finance Manager to join our team in Derry–Londonderry.
If you’re great with numbers, highly organised and want your skills to genuinely make a difference, this role is for you.

You’ll lead our day‑to‑day financial management (budgets, bookkeeping, VAT, grant claims, reporting, cash flow and compliance) working closely with our Director, staff and Board.
We’re especially keen to hear from people with charity / not‑for‑profit finance experience, including managing grant funding. (No circus experience needed!)

📍 Derry–Londonderry
⏰ Minimum 30 hours per week
📄 Permanent (subject to annual funding)
💷 £31,500–£35,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
🗓 Deadline: 4pm, Fri 28 Aug 2026

It’s an exciting time to join us as we grow our programmes and develop the historic Cathedral School into a new home for circus, creativity and community.

The IYSC office will be CLOSED from 24-30th August to give our brilliant admin team a chance to reset and reorganise ahead of the new term of circus school / Autumn / Halloween! 🤸🎃

Thank you so much to Circus Factory Cork, Circusful and Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network for another brilliant Youth Circus exchange as part of ! 🎪💖

Our Senior Youth Circus members had such a fab time... trying new things, learning new skills, meeting new people and getting a chance to connect with the wider circus community beyond Derry.

Here’s a little sneaky peek at some of what they got up to! 👀✨

We are so proud of our young people, who embrace every opportunity with open arms and open hearts 💖 They represent IYSC amazingly wherever they go, and it’s brilliant to see them building friendships, sharing skills and inspiring each other along the way.

Thanks for having us, Circus Factory Cork... we can’t wait for the next exchange! 🤹
