No matter where you are in the world it’s always good to find a green space or area of nature to ground your energy. I picked this card after work this afternoon. It’s a message to go slow, to kick off your shoes and tread the earth with bare feet.

You may wonder what or why grounding your energy is so important?

For me it’s good to listen to the natural sounds and surround myself near the lovely greens, to walk and absorb the natural energy from the earth. If other stuff weighs heavily on your mind it’s wonderful to focus elsewhere. To be surrounded by a small amount of nature is enough to bring yourself and your thoughts and energy back into focus.
It’s healing and good for the soul. Sometimes our thoughts and feelings and other distractions can get in the way. If you’ve got a garden spend some time in it notice the sights and sounds and focus on the beauty that surrounds you. For the city and town dwellers in the concrete jungle create your own green space or bring your garden or nature inside by buying plants and herbs.

I’ve been looking at developing more of a spiritual connection through my art - how can I connect to spirit through my painting? What can I see and know? It’s only the start and I can feel and see it’s been more than enlightening.
Healing and seeing through colour and layers working with the angelic and spirit energy’s is a wonderful experience. And yes it’s helped me to connect to spirit.

I love being able to wear summer clothing it’s taken a while here in the UK. We must enjoy the 🌞 while it lasts.
