Learn the basics of aerial hoop, build strength and confidence, and progress safely week by week.

Beginners Aerial Silks

Perfect if you’d like to try silks without committing to a longer course.

Stretch Course

Ideal alongside pole or aerial to improve flexibility, strength and control.
