To all LaDeDa Cabaret customers and fans -

Today I had the very sad news that Deda is going into voluntary insolvency. This is a real blow to the arts in Derbyshire and it is heartbreaking to lose another cabaret venue from the UK scene.

I would like to thank the huge list of incredible performers who have appeared at LaDeDa in the last 10 years, stage managers Mimi Libertine and Fonda Plenty, photographer Martyn Boston, my partner in crime Stage Door Johnny and the wonderful staff at Deda who have been a joy to work with.

This venue will be very much missed!

To everyone who has bought tickets for our October and December shows Deda will be contacting you with further information.

I urge you to keep supporting the arts however and whenever you can. Sharing online show promo and telling your friends does wonders if you can't show support financially and is something we very much appreciate.
