Artcore Artcore is a contemporary arts space that celebrates the creativity and diversity of Derby. It presents a range of exhibitions, residencies and workshops.

Fueling active engagement for a diverse range of communities in Derby, East Midlands and beyond, Artcore's long term objective is to use art and crafts as a vehicle to strengthen community cohesion, educate, raise awareness and provide a platform for development. Through our work, we are committed to bringing change into the lives of people of all ages, abilities and cultural and ethnic backgrounds through creative activities.

Looking for a space to develop your practice?

Artcore Studios offers artists a supportive environment to work, experiment, connect, and become part of an active creative community in the heart of Derby.

Studio artists can engage with Artcore’s programme of exhibitions, workshops, talks, residencies, open studios, and cultural events, and connect with visiting artists and practitioners. We also host an annual Studio Artists Exhibition, providing a platform for artists to share their work with a wider audience.

Studio spaces are currently available.

Children explored different art materials and techniques to create their own unique sculptural pieces, building confidence, developing new skills and enjoying the creative process together. ✨

Last Saturday, Artcore was buzzing with community, creativity and solidarity ❤️
We welcomed Derby Big Ride, who stopped by Artcore Café for some well-deserved refreshments 🚲☕. The day continued with pottery workshop at Craftcore 🏺, an inspiring exhibition at the gallery 🎨, and delicious fresh food-making at Tikka Tales 🍽️.
