Talita was my last resort. I had been back and forwards to the doctors who basically told me to take pain killers and it will sort its self out. It didn't. I had incredible pain in my back and shoulder. It had gotten to the point where my life was miserable and I was in constant pain. I had zero patience (I'm a teacher so patience is a must in my job). I struggled with day to day activities and I had no hope of ever working out.From the first session my shoulder started to feel better. She diagnosed my problem, gave me some gentle exercises and I was away 8 weeks later and I have just done 3 days manual labour on a building site. Thank you Talita for giving me my life back. The studio is coming alive again ❤

Just got home, with my heavy kit bag, after teaching another successful Koa Yoga class at City Balance Body & Mind 🧘

It was lovely to see some familiar faces, who came along to support, and to welcome some new people too.

Please see guidance from the Sport England website for more details. Key notes:

While social gatherings of more than six people will be banned in England from 14 September, the government’s confirmed that organised sports and activities that have been through return to play protocols can continue, as can organised outdoor sports and physical activity events such as parkrun, which is due to return next month.

People can also continue to use leisure facilities, including gyms and pools.
